WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a fitness program focused on functional movements which combine weightlifting, cardio and gymnastics. CrossFit is meant to increase physical strength and conditioning through "constantly varied and scalable workouts". The concept of CrossFit encompasses the idea of fitness as a sport and utilizes high-intensity interval training to challenge athletes of all levels and backgrounds.

We believe CrossFit is the best way to build muscle and strength, shed body fat, all while improving cardiovascular health and performance. Our members can attest to the benefits towards mental health. To be perfectly frank, you will not find a more comprehensive fitness program, that is both challenging physically, intellectually stimulating, and achievable, encompassed within one hour, while also being exceptional enjoyable.

At CrossFit Undeniable we cater to athletes of all backgrounds, from brand new beginners to high level competitors. We pride ourselves on being highly qualified coaches capable of providing a top tier workout experience to the athletes looking to stay healthy and functional in their everyday lives as well as the competitive athletes looking to truly push the limits of their fitness. We prioritize safety above everything, and our coaches strive to help guide all of our athletes to accomplishing their health and fitness goals.

CrossFit classes at CrossFit Undeniable are a hybrid of small group personal training and group exercise. Each workout is briefed and broken down by our coaches, and customized or “scaled” to meet each athlete’s individual needs. Classes consist of thorough warm-ups, technical instruction on the complex movements of the class, and execution of the workout of the day. For those interested in the science behind our workouts, the workouts of the day are programmed by a team of experts that use periodization and progressive overload to achieve outstanding results for our members.
